Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Missing tags, accessories, invoice, or original packaging.
  • Requests raised after the allowed return window.

4. Refund Timeline

  • After approval, refunds are initiated to the original payment method.
  • Online payment refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Bank processing time can vary by card issuer or bank.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If money is debited but order confirmation fails, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within standard banking timelines. Please contact us if reversal is delayed.

6. Shipping Charges on Returns

Shipping charge treatment for returns depends on the reason and product category. The final outcome is determined after return quality check.
